Mobile sites now rank higher in Google

Mobile users of websites are increasing month by month, and we don’t think it will be too long before they begin to overtake the number of people accessing websites using traditional computers.  So, with that in mind, it is pretty important that your site is mobile friendly.

If that wasn’t enough, Google recently announced that they will be ranking websites differently based on whether or not they are mobile friendly. They will be using their own “mobile friendly” result as a ranking signal.  This means that if a customer searches Google for your company/brand on their mobile device, there will be an indicator underneath the search result showing whether or not the site is mobile friendly.

If your site is mobile friendly, then you needn’t worry too much.  However, if you don’t have a mobile friendly site, we suggest you look at getting one sorted as soon as you can.
