WE OFFER SOME SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
Pay As You Go
Our Pay As You Go option is ideal for clients who require infrequent updates to their website.
- Updates as and when you need them
- Ideal for occasional updates
- Email request for work is submitted and started on price agreement
- Work generally completed within 72 hours (weekends and bank holidays excluded)
- Minimum of 1-hour (£30) cost applicable
This package is here for those who don’t update theirs sites that often, or just require a helping hand with particular tasks on their website. This can be your website, social media, newsletters, search engine optimisation (SEO) along with other tasks where possible.
Pay Monthly
Our Pay Monthly option is perfect for regular updates and is generally more cost effective over time. By buying into this option, you get access to a lower hourly rate and priority access. You basically bank a number of hours every month with your monthly payment and we deduct as we go along.
You can carry hours over to the next month.

The Prices
Pay as you go updates are charged at £30 per hour with a 1-hour minimum charge. If the work takes less time than our estimate then we will of course reduce the price.
If you are after a basic package with WordPress updates, Plugin updates and backups, then our essentials package is perfect for you.
We have other packages available to those who need more time and commitment on a monthly basis.
